Current Employee3.1Apr 2, 2024Only 20% of reps hit their quota in 2023. They keep changing comp structure to pay their employees less and less. They changed "commission" to be called a "bonus" and are holding commissions for years. If you leave the company you don't get any of the "bonus" that is owed. They claim this is for employee retention.
