Fortinet's product is one of if not the best on the market yet they continue to struggle because of poor leadership in the Marketing and Sales organizations. More specifically every different branch of Fortinet works independently from the other and have begun to fight and starve each other for funding from leadership. At the end of the day Sales/Business Development quotes keep going up and don't reflect the down turn in the market and leadership all around does not care.

My experience is Excellent working for the role. The role is Remote with ocassional trips to clients. The Compensation is good as well.

Fortinet does seem to pay below the industry average, however with its highly relevant technology, the ability to earn is possible due to target achievement being capable.
