As a BDR here, I’ve been given false promises of pay raises & growth. The new VP has no clue on how to lead. There is a lot of micromanaging from the upper management. They say this role is hybrid, yet we come into office 4x a week, and no other department is forced to come in as much as the BDRs.

great company and great solutions. broad portfolio and in house engineering focus. Company culture is great overall but ultimately is dependent on manager and their style. Good at promoting internally but compensation will not be as high as external hire
