Pipeline/opportunities to sell are there, although it's heavily tied to selling/upselling into the install base. It appears that there's minimal whitespace opportunity for Fortinet, so reliance on the installs is instrumental to anyone's success.

Awesome company culture and top notch "products". As an AE, not a good comp plan to make a ton of $. Non aggressive and typical for a "hardware focused" company. Company needs new C suite to overtake Palo. Have the tech and products to get it done but not marketing and spending properly to pay for the right talent.
