Current Employee Severe change in comp plan + cutting territories in half with seemingly more territory tightening coming soon.
Was a great place to make money up until 2024, as reps had decent sized territories and renewals were counted for quota attainment. Most reps were retiring half their quota off renewals alone.
In 2025 renewals no longer count towards quota and overall quotas barely budged. This is causing attrition for tenured reps.
Products are good and there’s a lot of opportunity to displace frustrated Palo/Cisco customers, but that opportunity is largely diminished by rep oversaturation. Browse Other Reviews
