Directors are really just front line managers with no autonomy or ability to be creative. Culture has been identified as a massive issue and the company is openly ignoring it. Good VPs last less than 6 months (marketing and sales both churn through VPs) and bad VPs (current one) is somehow advancing up. No rhyme or reason why success happens. If you like Saturday emails, lecture filled emails from leadership, and being monitored for account clicks daily as a field rep... you'll love it there. What is a bummer is this could be such an amazing company, but the folks who have the keys to the revenue team are missing the human aspect of the game. No doubt they'll be successful, but at the cost of great reps and supporting staff members who are leaving left and right. More will continue to leave. Browse Other Reviews
