We have a great CEO but concerned about other leadership. Opportunity is there but feels like a lot of work for the money. Longer sales cycles and sometimes not large deal sizes. Mission is great and you definitely feel like you are making an impact.

This has been, hands down, one of the best companies I have worked for. Not only is the mission incredible but I love the culture and leadership. I feel valued as an employee and feel like I am given the tools needed to do my job well.

Great product market fit, some good people. Most of the organization is deeply dysfunctional including marketing, product, operations just to name a few. Nepotism is out of control and is burning out top talent. Sales leadership behavior is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
