Great product market fit, some good people. Most of the organization is deeply dysfunctional including marketing, product, operations just to name a few. Nepotism is out of control and is burning out top talent. Sales leadership behavior is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

This has been, hands down, one of the best companies I have worked for. Not only is the mission incredible but I love the culture and leadership. I feel valued as an employee and feel like I am given the tools needed to do my job well.

Flock has the worst sales leadership paired with the best product market fit (ALPR space only). Directors are really just front line managers with no autonomy or ability to be creative. Culture has been identified as a massive issue and the company is openly ignoring it. Good VPs last less than 6 months (marketing and sales both churn through VPs) and bad VPs...Read More
