I have just wrapped up my first quarter at Flock. I attained 230% to my quota and generated 500k of pipeline in 2 months. The product is elite and in high demand from law enforcement agencies of all sizes. The company provides everything you need to be successful as long as you put the work in to understand your territory. Would highly recommend to anyone coming from a SaaS background.

The market for their flagship ALPR product is huge and still rolling strong. We've had several poor rollouts of new products and processes making the day to day much harder on sales. Sales leadership seems to be going in a direction opposite of what is best for the sales reps. There is starting to become a lack of respect, integrity, and trust. Most leaders have never told to government entities before, so they are not knowledgeable in key areas. Motivating by fear never works.
