The comp plan took a nosedive in 2024 as the company prepares to go public. Very chaotic internally as alignment with government process is not a priority.

My overall experience has been descent. I have been able to make good money but as we get closer to IPO things are tightening up.

My experience at Flock is mixed. The ALPR product excels and is easy to sell, but sales leadership is chaotic, with a new leader lacking outside sales experience. Sales reps are burdened with excessive note-taking, diverting focus from actual sales efforts.
