Great product that can really make a difference. A good number of people hit quota. The culture is brutal though. People getting fired frequently and the stress is extremely high. I’ve also noticed that people tend to be pretty aggressive here for no reason.

Flock has the worst sales leadership paired with the best product market fit (ALPR space only). Directors are really just front line managers with no autonomy or ability to be creative. Culture has been identified as a massive issue and the company is openly ignoring it. Good VPs last less than 6 months (marketing and sales both churn through VPs) and bad VPs...Read More

Flock is a dumpster fire, it has a distaste for women in sales and leadership positions. The sales team cannot function properly or professionally under its existing management.
