Flock is a dumpster fire, it has a distaste for women in sales and leadership positions. The sales team cannot function properly or professionally under its existing management. Do you like public humiliation? Then you'll love Flock. PIP factory. The talent they just allowed to leave due to inept leadership more focused on playing games than retention. Recruitment continues to collect fake reviews on repvue rather than addressing concerns. A joke.

Solid company, solid role. The PMF can’t be beat and were consistently enhancing the existing products and creating new ones. Definitely a degree of micromanagement but you’re largely left alone if you are hitting quota. They’re adding new sales people left and right and cutting territories and increasing quotas. Great remote flexibility and leadership that is very accomplished in their sales careers. Great inbound and referral pipeline opportunities. Fantastic product that actually helps communities and works well. Great internal partners. Aggressive quotas that are achievable, but entire team will not hit. Long, complex sales cycle that is sometimes out of your control.
