Great remote flexibility and leadership that is very accomplished in their sales careers. Great inbound and referral pipeline opportunities. Fantastic product that actually helps communities and works well. Great internal partners. Aggressive quotas that are achievable, but entire team will not hit. Long, complex sales cycle that is sometimes out of your control.

Flock has the worst sales leadership paired with the best product market fit (ALPR space only). Directors are really just front line managers with no autonomy or ability to be creative. Culture has been identified as a massive issue and the company is openly ignoring it. Good VPs last less than 6 months (marketing and sales both churn through VPs) and bad VPs...Read More

Sales leadership seems to be going in a direction opposite of what is best for the sales reps. There is starting to become a lack of respect, integrity, and trust. Most leaders have never told to government entities before, so they are not knowledgeable in key areas. Motivating by fear never works.
