Lightedge will offer a great OTE with a lowball base, but it isn’t based on actual historical data, accounts, etc. I joined with a $300k OTE and spent 4-5 weeks without accounts assigned while in training/bootcamps. Months later, I still don’t have a “full” book of business. With new updates to their commission structure, there is no path to $300k. I’ve barely made...Read More

Overall experience was poor. Executive team is young and egotistical. The Director team and down was great, but was forced to play the game which lead to some toxicity.
