Great place to gain experience and leave pay isn't worth staying long term unless you move up the ranks but when I was working there the US market wasn't in the best shape.

Great training, but the compensation is far less than what was described before joining the company. Marketing spend is minimal and inbound leads are scarce. Friendly staff though.
