I want to share my experience at LightEdge Solutions to warn others about its toxic environment caused by poor leadership, cliquish management, questionable business practices, aggressive firing policies, and misleading recruitment. The company’s advertised values and culture are inconsistent with reality. Transparency and honesty are lacking, both with employees and clients. New ideas are discouraged, and those who speak up face retaliation. Favoritism within management creates a toxic and unwelcoming environment for anyone outside their inner circle. Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are not prioritized. Efforts to celebrate diversity are blocked, and employees promoting DEI face penalties and retaliation. Meanwhile, management accommodates employees who voice objections to diversity messaging. Business practices are also questionable, with employees asked to engage in unethical behaviors to meet targets or manipulate clients. Client feedback indicates frustration, as they feel treated more like sales targets than valued partners. The company’s aggressive firing policies create an atmosphere of fear and uncertainty. Employees are let go without notice or cause, and no exit interviews are conducted. This reflects the leadership’s unwillingness to reflect or improve. Overall, LightEdge fosters a toxic workplace that damages employee well-being. I urge anyone considering working there to reconsider.
