Overall experience was poor. Executive team is young and egotistical. The Director team and down was great, but was forced to play the game which lead to some toxicity.

My overall experience to begin with was great! They really shaped me and helped kick off my sales career. However, things have changed and it’s not the same place it once was. The role I am in is ridiculously impossible to reach quota and there is no help from leadership.. only criticism

This company has the product fit and market potential to do big things in the Data Center/Private Cloud space, but their toxic culture (that starts at the top) runs through the business and has negatively impacted a number of people's mental health and confidence. Until this is fixed, I would proceed with caution with any opportunities here.
