Fleetio has a great product and the sales team has solid processes in place. It is difficult to consistently achieve quota and base and comp is low.

While Fleetio has a great product, changes in leadership have devalued the importance of the sales organization. Compensation is low and headcount growth is being dictated by investors and not supported by actual numbers. Low salary for field. Lots of promises unmet. Leadership was encouraging but thats about the best I can say.
