While Fleetio has a great product, changes in leadership have devalued the importance of the sales organization. Compensation is low and headcount growth is being dictated by investors and not supported by actual numbers. It seems like morale is decreasing every week as the team is constantly shown that they aren't valued by the company. The only shining light is the individual members of the team and the stellar team leads.

Fleetio has a great product and the sales team has solid processes in place. It is difficult to consistently achieve quota and base and comp is low.
