The percentages for deals are watered down and they will “move goalposts” on you to avoid paying commission. Culture is horrendous overall but the sales team is under pretty good leadership from the director level down so you’re shielded some. Lots of inbound leads and the people are fantastic though.

The challenge was there was not enough support, which was not acknowledged by the executive team. Mentality was just get it done. This led to complete burnout and overall a negative work environment.
