Training is terrible and senior leadership is completely disconnected from reality. Inbound leads are a plenty but they’re firing highly important associates.

Fiserv has gone back to 5 days in office for non travel roles. The percentages for deals are watered down and they will “move goalposts” on you to avoid paying commission. Culture is horrendous overall but the sales team is under pretty good leadership from the director level down so you’re shielded some. Lots of inbound leads and the people are fantastic though.

Overall, my experience working at Fiserv was good - most in part to the client relationships. The challenge was there was not enough support, which was not acknowledged by the executive team. Mentality was just get it done. This led to complete burnout and overall a negative work environment.
