First Data, which is where most of the sales positions are, has more legacy products. In spite of the businesses we buy, we're not very competitive.
In my own division, HR has admitted we have an 84% rate of attrition. I have yet to see a year where more than 22% of the sales staff hits quota. The largest chunk of sales is at under 10% of quota. They handle this by hiring more and more people, so we're fighting over accounts we're working. We're also expected to be on call, even while on vacation. Browse Other Reviews
