Significant over hiring due to investor pressure led to a steady decline in the opportunity for each individual rep to be successful. Many great reps departed due to highly unattainable goals and toxic new leadership. Great product and great people weren’t enough for more than a third of reps to leave in a short period of time.

Pros: - Leadership is supportive/understanding - done a lot to make the job easier - Base is relatively high - Hybrid work model Cons: - Very few people hitting quota (tough economy doesn't help) - Culture is a bit cliquey & could use more diversity

The product is best-in-class and the people who work there are second-to-none. Unfortunately, the culture leadership has regressed significantly over the past few years due to poor leadership.
