Current Employee2.4Jun 11, 2024Avoid the P&R segment like the plague. Horrible, "flat management" structure means you have 3 bosses each chasing you for deal updates, not just one. Management wants to have the same call 5x time per week to review deals. Just let me fucking work.

Former Employee2.0Nov 22, 2024Leadership was lacking in several ways: 1) My direct leader was not knowledgeable on our solutions. 2) Metrics were the only thing monitored. 3) Quota goals were set well above market trends. 4) Coaching was only to point out what was not working. 5) Lead flow was non-existent. 6) Leadership did not provide support on closing deals.

Former Employee3.4Aug 13, 2024Great company, they trust you to handle your business. However, if you're an AD, you're at the mercy of the accounts assigned to you for growth. Some reps have great accounts with high potential, other reps' accounts simply aren't in the market and are completely tapped out and/or have all they need to run their company already.
