Entrust has a great culture. Co-workers are friendly and management is supportive. My biggest complaints are that our service is lacking and that our marketing generated leads are not very detailed

The company has no plan. They don’t know their target market. No data around personas, deal length, deal size. If you cover the major accounts you do well and you make club year after year. If you don’t have major existing customers you will fail.

Most products are solid within the marketplace-we are also well positioned to be competitive. Pricing is competitive. One red flag is that the SSL certs were distrusted on Google which puts Entrust in a bind. SSL is about 25% of our divisions revenue.
