My overall experience with Elsevier has been positive. They have great leadership but the market is getting a bit saturated with very few inbound leads and not much whitespace left.

My overall experience was that there was little to no oversight on management’s behavior by senior leadership. Clinical Performance under Larry Havelis was one of the most toxic, poorly run orgs I have ever seen. Still managed multiple successful years despite poor management.

Exceptional leadership with clinical support solutions that truly make a difference. Compensation is a bit low compared to similar roles and the market is getting saturated.
