Overall experience was good, very good in terms of inclusion for example they offered a specific room for prayers which was very good. The sad point is that I got laid-off with everyone on my team even though I performed well.

Unfortunately, Elastic has transformed itself into a less than ideal spot to claim as home. Very questionable decisions being made at the top of the Amer sales org. Proximity to accounts, client relationships, active opportunities were thrown out of the window with the new "re-org".
