Very good product and solid compensation package for SAs and managers. Culture is in flux, lacking strong leadership for SAs or company in general. Very limited diversity - specifically not a great place for women in Sales (SAs or AEs).

Overall experience at Elastic has been very good. Many benefits and perks for employees. Mid-level leadership may vary across sectors and regions, but has been a net positive. SLT are focused on moving the platform into the future.
