New leadership from outside HR Tech have no idea how slow HR sales move. There will be a STEEP learning curve and quick reization that these are 2+ year sales cycles.

Emperor's new clothes style leadership. Promising infinite growth on a "nice to have" product selling into HR, instead of growing organically and responsibly. Reps are blamed for a bad product to market fit. And although the tech is great, the understanding of business and HR is abysmal.
