There have been significant declines teams performances, continually increasing quotas at unrealistic percentages, and extremely low moral. Hopefully things change, but as of now I would stay away.

They have made it impossible for us to hit our targets by structuring our comp plan to only succeed by selling a new product that we have ZERO knowledge of.
