Current Employee A really fascinating company and SLT for all the wrong reasons. The most important thing that matters is EBIDTA even over the people that work there. In Q4 they cut 80+ individuals across the support team to free up cash to boost the end of the year EBIDTA score. The comp structure is another issue as they are shortchanging most employees by a couple thousand dollars even if they hit 100% to quota. When senior management was approached about the discrepancy they deflected the question with “our math is right and you are wrong” and no further explanation. They are now forcing employees to sign incorrect comp plans or they will withhold future pay. This isn’t even getting to the fact that ECI takes a “bandaid on bullet holes” type of approach with the product and necessary product qualifications. As a rep it hinders the ability to sell products because we can’t meet the customer’s needs and ECI isn’t willing to invest into long term solutions. It is a real shame because the people here are great and they are the only reason most people stay. The SLT unfortunately has destroyed the culture entirely and ruined many verticals. Stay away.
