Overall experience was good. Leadership and pay are likely the top two reasons employees leave. Great place to gain more experience with a complex suite of products and complex sale. Once you've hit your full potential, you'll likely start looking or become complacent as the career advancement opportunity is not great.

My overall experience has been fantastic at ECI. Management is very supportive and promotes growth and development in the company. If you are dedicated and motivated there are many opportunities for growth.

It’s been some time since I’ve been there, I remember the culture being excellent. The onboarding was quite good. The emphasis on sales training was far above what I’ve seen elsewhere.
