As a BDR we moved to an SQL model to get paid out. Nothing gets moved to SQL unless they are going to sign. OTE does not match deal size.

Terrible company. Literally lie about comp structures and when they got exposed of the lie we were told to deal with it. Nothing but negativity from ECI even when we're doing well. They literally try to see how terribly they can treat their employees. Stay away from this company.

The sales organization as a whole is in a downward spiral. There are serious challenges ahead for the entire org and I would stay away. Unless you are an Account Executive the pay is horrendous, the comp plan is even worse, and no one is hitting quota. I would be extremely cautious.

My overall experience has been fantastic at ECI. Management is very supportive and promotes growth and development in the company. If you are dedicated and motivated there are many opportunities for growth.
