Terrible company. Literally lie about comp structures and when they got exposed of the lie we were told to deal with it. Nothing but negativity from ECI even when we're doing well. They literally try to see how terribly they can treat their employees. Stay away from this company.

Overall experience was good. Leadership and pay are likely the top two reasons employees leave. Great place to gain more experience with a complex suite of products and complex sale. Once you've hit your full potential, you'll likely start looking or become complacent as the career advancement opportunity is not great.

My overall experience was pretty negative and I wouldn’t recommend the company to friends but ECI has a lot of different groups, some are better than others.
