The sales organization as a whole is in a downward spiral. There are serious challenges ahead for the entire org and I would stay away. Unless you are an Account Executive the pay is horrendous, the comp plan is even worse, and no one is hitting quota. I would be extremely cautious.

Enjoy working for ECI. Often times there is a lack of focus on the development and innovation side. Also, compensation has not been revisited or adjusted based on the current market.

ECI has fundamentally changed the way that the aftermarket organization is compensated for the worse. There have been significant declines teams performances, continually increasing quotas at unrealistic percentages, and extremely low moral. Hopefully things change, but as of now I would stay away.
