ECI has fundamentally changed the way that the aftermarket organization is compensated for the worse. There have been significant declines teams performances, continually increasing quotas at unrealistic percentages, and extremely low moral. Hopefully things change, but as of now I would stay away.

As a BDR we moved to an SQL model to get paid out. Nothing gets moved to SQL unless they are going to sign. OTE does not match deal size.
