It’s been some time since I’ve been there, I remember the culture being excellent. The onboarding was quite good. The emphasis on sales training was far above what I’ve seen elsewhere. They are good at recognizing people for a job well done. However, the products are pretty dated and some of the industries they serve are VERY niche. This can be a good thing and a bad thing. The compensation wasn’t anything write home about and the benefits were just ok. I’d be interested in coming back but the comp plans are just not competitive with everything else out there.

A really fascinating company and SLT for all the wrong reasons. The most important thing that matters is EBIDTA even over the people that work there. In Q4 they cut 80+ individuals across the support team to free up cash to boost the end of the year EBIDTA score. Overall experience was good. Leadership and pay are likely the top two reasons employees leave. Great place to gain more experience with a complex suite of products and complex sale. Once you've hit your full potential, you'll likely start looking or become complacent as the career advancement opportunity is not great.
