Good organization and enablement. Product is a bit behind of the commercial org in federal but it is being pushed forward. Sales cycle is long, but once you're in the door, customers love the product.

Great company, competitive salaries, great vision, great market position, undervalued stock, great employees. Marketing lags compared to competition. Training and professional development practically non-existent for sales. Vertical and horizontal mobility possible, but out of full self-proactivity and goodwill, not systematic.
