Moved to a 6 month quota which nobody likes, also commission caps were put in place. Solid solution and Dynatrace still pays well, lots of management changes. Would have a cautious eye on this.

Negative experience, post IPO, VP's hired friends with no business in sales, let alone software sales of this caliber. 'Amateur hour' at best, comp plans were reduced, terrible stock options, and like others have said, its the 'luck of the draw' based on which accounts are chosen for you. Wish I would've left sooner.
