Pros: - Amazing work-life balance - Above average market pay, high base is nice - Can start as an enterprise SDR with no experience then springboard to another company Cons: - Leadership for the SDR org was very poor, commissions and even base paychecks were being missed with no heads up or transparency - Poor training program and overall little professional development, they'll tell you you can be promoted but will delay your promotion with no information on why, and as such it's well known internally that the best talent leaves the company - Was a leader in the space but a poor marketing team has given them zero name recognition, and now the competition is caught up and it's looking like soon they will no longer be the technical leader

Getting hired at Dynatrace was the best thing that happened in my professional career. Awesome product in an interesting industry that is becoming more of a necessity in the market.

Lots of good and lots of growing (Which can be bad) Worst of the worst is 6 month incentive plans. Best performers will get capped. New mgmt won't be everyone's favorite, but they're coming in with a clear plan to scale the business to hit significant revenue growth.
