A good fit for sellers with 0-5 years of experience. Past that there are very few opportunities for excellence. 50%+ of reps are missing quota while the same top 5-10 reps excel - strictly because there is not enough to go around. Product development is stagnant and focused on retaining and transforming legacy rather than new business.

Great place to be a B or C player but very few opportunities for true success - Would not reccomend for those with aspiration of excellence. Product development has been incredibly slow over the years which has stymied sales (most people are falling far short of quota and as a result, their OTE) Sales Enablement is almost no existent.
