The company fired the SDR VP and failed to find a replacement for 6 months. There is no development and is essentially a call center. I’m my first 3 weeks I noticed their comp plan rewarded certain vertices more over others and apparently not a single person in management or HR had realized this. There is also almost no room for growth, If you need a paycheck at a call center it checks the box but if you want a career look elsewhere.

Enjoyed my team and clients but that is about the extent of it. Culture has changed significantly over past 2-3 years and not for the better

OTE is well below what others offer. Base is okay but still on the lower end. Very few people hit quota. Insurance is a high deductible only plan. The product in my vertical needs work. The Siemens acquisition does show upside but still too early to tell.
