OTE is well below what others offer. Base is okay but still on the lower end. Very few people hit quota. Insurance is a high deductible only plan. The product in my vertical needs work. The Siemens acquisition does show upside but still too early to tell.

My overall experience was good. Leadership is great, however there are chnages coming from the Siemens ownership that make me concerned for the future.

The company fired the SDR VP and failed to find a replacement for 6 months. There is no development and is essentially a call center. I’m my first 3 weeks I noticed their comp plan rewarded certain vertices more over others and apparently not a single person in management or HR had realized this.
