Product was just bad. Leads went to reps on the team that were favored over others. No transparency in lead distribution. Benefits were really bad especially for a software company. The energy overall was just really bad. Not a winning culture.

it was evident they didn’t know what they wanted to be. There was continuous change and confusion. In 2 years time the company hired a CMO, rebranded, fired senior leadership, and then was sold to a larger company who made additional cuts and cultural changes.

It was ok at best, goal is tough to hit in certain verticals. A lot of turnover and not much development in the SDR space. Definitely a place to get your foot in the door of tech sales but not much after that.
