I wouldn’t do it if there are other options. I would t say leadership is toxic, but it’s not great. Strategy keeps pivoting and inbound leads have dried up. Expect to be hunting the entire time you’re here.

Drata is a great company. It's a high growing tech startup so naturally the environment is competitive and slightly stressful but the people are amazing, we've built the best product in the market and innovate faster than our competitors. The only real con here is no 401k match but other benefits are fantastic and it's a great place to be overall.
