Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was negative. Leadership provides limited guidance and strategy in my segment. Accounts become unmanageable because of lack of segmentation. Hard to be strategic when everything is prioritized in the same way. Segment accounts to allow CSM to be strategic with our customers.
