Not a great company to work for. Prices are being pushed down by competitors, no differentiators so it's a race to the bottom. Meat grinder mentality, grind grind grind. Sales leadership can be toxic. Inexperienced CEO and brother COO. Lots of favoritism. Lots of folks hired in 2023 now gone, look at the attrition.

-overhired from q4 through q2. most of the ratings here are representative of the Drata employees who started before all the crazy valuations. -quota attainment more difficult each month. each sales all hands will call out quota attainers for the month and it's fewer each month. -Basically brought over the entire Okta sales and leadership team. It was okay in early 2023 when I joined but then leads starting drying up, they constantly missed with leadership hires they brought in, and there was a lot of the blame game. Wouldn't recommend, but also not the worst.
