Culture allows for good work life balance. Immature Enterprise GTM creates ill-defined roles & responsibilities - better fit for small and mid-market reps. Well known brand, creating frequent opportunities to compete. Considerable changes in leadership and current platform changes - could mean exciting positives - also could fall flat. Outcome should be apparent by end of 2025.

My experience was very positive. DocuSign did well in training MDRs and were well structured in terms of sales training and sales processes. They do pay less than other companies but the RSUs and benefits made up for it. My tenure was pre covid and middle of covid, so before the new management came in.
