The company made some poor decisions and other companies started offering the same product for pennies on the dollar. Impossible to hit quotas without a lucky inbound lead. Leadership was amazing before layoffs

Working at DocuSign was a great experience prior to layoffs that happened. Leadership that was there for our org at the time was fantastic and supportive. Created opportunities to network and development. The base pay was fairly decent but the culture made up for whatever compensation lacked as well as benefits. Marketing could have done a better job with lead flow...Read More

Product overall is still really strong but the culture has certainly shifted the past couple years to be profit focused (which is fine) but the sense of culture has been thrown out as a result.

My experience was very positive. DocuSign did well in training MDRs and were well structured in terms of sales training and sales processes. They do pay less than other companies but the RSUs and benefits made up for it. My tenure was pre covid and middle of covid, so before the new management came in.
