A very fast paced, sink or swim culture. Great product and great salespeople. Company is very frugal about a lot of things. Post sales operations are a disaster.

Not a great place to come in as a new hire and sell. RevOps continuously messes up quotas, leaders do not train or look out for new hires, and compensation is severely below market value.

Same problems YOY with different flavor AS management constantly changes. The founders are the only constant and feel this is a billion dollar exit.
