A very fast paced, sink or swim culture. Great product and great salespeople. Company is very frugal about a lot of things. Post sales operations are a disaster.

SMB AE can come down to which location and which team you are on. The last few quarters more and more reps are falling short of quota and the inbound lead flow has only gotten worse. A good solid place to work. Not too bad, not too great either. Lack of cooperation of cross functional teams you need to coordinate with in order to make deals.
